Filter Chip Condition Display Fix

Overview

Filter chips now display the details of the active conditions. You can see at a glance which filters are applied, and tap the chip to immediately change the settings.

• Condition Display: Filter chips show active values and comparison conditions
• Tap to Edit: Tap a filter chip to directly open the settings screen and make changes
