Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using dumppp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

dumppp is a mobile application that provides a fast, Twitter-like interface for interacting with your Notion databases. The App allows you to:

• View your Notion database content in a timeline format
• Create new pages and posts in your Notion databases
• Edit and update existing content
• Manage properties and tags

Notion Account Requirements

To use dumppp, you must have a valid Notion account and authorize the App to access your Notion workspace. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Notion account credentials
• All activities that occur through your connected account
• Complying with Notion's Terms of Service

Subscriptions and Payments

dumppp offers optional Pro subscriptions with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the App's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden Notion's services

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by dumppp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content stored in Notion remains your property. We claim no ownership over the data you create or manage through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dumppp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

• Notion - Data storage and synchronization (Notion Terms of Service)
• Apple - App distribution and subscriptions (Apple Standard EULA)
• Google AdMob - In-app advertising (Google Terms of Service)
• Google Analytics - Website analytics (Google Terms of Service)
• Sentry - Crash reporting and error monitoring (Sentry Terms of Service)

Advertising and Tracking

dumppp displays advertisements through Google AdMob. In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework:

• You will be asked for permission before your activity is tracked across other companies' apps and websites
• Your choice affects whether you see personalized or contextual (non-personalized) ads
• You can change your tracking preferences at any time in iOS Settings
• The App's core functionality is not affected by your tracking choice

Pro Subscribers: Pro subscription removes all advertisements from the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device and disconnecting your Notion account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
